Easy Spinach Salad With SavorySpoons Kale + Walnut Granola

INGREDIENTS
Serves 2-4

4 cups spinach

medium shallot chopped

¼ cup mustard vinaigrette

2 tablespoons fresh lemon

Topped with SavorySpoons Kale + Walnut Granola


DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, combine the spinach and shallots. 

In a separate bowl, combine the mustard vinaigrette and fresh lemon.

Spread the salad on a serving plate and drizzle with dressing and top with Kale + Walnut Granola.
